This is an example of a body of work where highly reflective PVC sheeting was attached to canvas stretchers upon which ping-pong balls were then attached. These balls were then sprayed over with gold paint, creating both moments of articulation and a form of ecliptic umbra where the paint failed to reach the surface due to the presence of the objects themselves. On closer inspection, one could read the half obscured brand names printed onto the various ping-pong balls.
